Various roads in Tunbridge Wells - Amendment 5: Waiting restrictions

The effect of this proposed Order would be to introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) on the following lengths of roads in Tunbridge Wells:

  • Barden Road
  • Cobhams
  • Campbell Road
  • Culverden Avenue
  • Ferbies
  • Langton Road

This order is being made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).

The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.

Any person wishing to object or support the Order before it is made permanent can do so via our response form.
