Various Roads in the District of Sevenoaks - Waiting Restrictions Consolidation Order

Consultation has concluded

The effect of this made Order will be to:

  • consolidate all stopping, waiting and loading prohibitions and restrictions and parking place provisions in all roads within the District Council of Sevenoaks as marked and signed on street
  • present the provisions for all stopping, waiting and loading prohibitions and restrictions and parking places in a new Map-based Traffic Regulation Order without change to those provisions, as currently marked and signed on street.

This does not change any of the existing restrictions, it consolidates them into one order for administration purposes.

Anyone may, by application to the High Court by 12 August 2024, challenge the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or any instrument made thereunder, or that there has been a failure to comply with any statutory requirement to the Orders.
