Various Roads in River & Temple Ewell in the District of Dover - Amendment 103: Waiting Restrictions

Consultation has concluded

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce new or to extend or amend existing waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) in the following lengths of road in the District of Dover:-

  • Common Lane, River – on both sides from its junction with Lewisham Road for a distance of 45 metres in a south westerly direction
  • Lewisham Road, River – on both sides of the road outside numbers 166 and the Methodist Church change the no stopping on the School Keep Clears morning times only from 8.30am-9.30am to 8am-9.30am
  • London Road, Temple Ewell – on the north side opposite the junction with Watersend for a distance of 30 metres.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
