St James Lane, Greenhithe in the Borough of Dartford - Amendment 25: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions (double yellow lines). Waiting to be prohibited at any time on the following road in Greenhithe in Borough of Dartford:

  • Lullingstone Close (1) On the north-east side from its junction with St James Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction. (2) On the south-west side from its junction with St James Lane for a distance of 13 metres in a north westerly direction.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).

    Following the statutory consultation period, the scheme has been reviewed and the decision has been taken to make this Order permanent.
