Unnamed Road in the Borough of Dartford - Amendment 25: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this proposed Order would be to introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions on an Unnamed Road in Dartford (double yellow lines waiting to be prohibited at any time):

  • on the north-east side from its junction with St James Lane for a distance of 10 meters in a north westerly direction
  • on the south-west side from its junction with St James Lane for a distance of 13 meters in a north westerly direction.

This order is being made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).

The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
