The Street, Lower Halstow in the Borough of Swale - Amendment 11: Speed Limit Order

The effect of this proposed Order would be to extend the 20mph speed limit on The Street, Lower Halstow, Swale:- from the existing 20mph speed limit from the northwestern boundary of Green Farm for a distance of 145 metres in a north westerly direction.

This order is proposed for the following reasons:

  • to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.

The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
