Public Footpath TB48 (part) at Broadstairs & St Peters Definitive Map Modification Order 2025

Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map and Statement, by amending the alignment of Public Footpath TB48 at Broadstairs & St Peters.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council must make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a public right of way which is not shown on the map is reasonably alleged to subsist, and where it is also considered that there is no public right of way which is shown on the map as a highway.
