EE Limited and Hutchison 3G Ltd (“the operators”) have approached Kent County Council with a request to site a telecoms mast on part of St Saviours School’s playing field land.
This will require KCC to enter into a lease with the operators granting them rights to site the mast on the school’s playing field. In accordance with s77 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 the lease to the operator is deemed to be a disposal of playing field, therefore KCC seeks a decision from the Secretary of State for Education and wishes to consult with local residents and anyone with an interest in this proposal.
Any person wishing to make written representations in relation to the request can use the response form below.
If you wish to post us your written representation, please ensure your response reaches us by 30 December 2022.
