The effect of this made Order will be to change part of the existing 50mph speed limit to 40mph speed limit on Seven Mile Lane in Mereworth.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
  • avoid the danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
