We, as a traffic authority, give notice that we intend to install a zebra crossing on Risborough Lane, east of the junction with Church Road. This will provide a safe crossing point to help accessibility to local amenities and encourage sustainable travel.
Works will take around 2-3 weeks to complete, commencing during the School Summer holidays (excluding weekends). The works will be carried out in phases – the first phase will be under traffic lights, during the day, between the hours of 7am and 7pm. The second phase will be under a road closure, during the night, for 4 nights, between the hours of 8pm and 5am. We will update you once we have a confirmed start date.
