Footpath EE489 at Ripple - Definitive Map Modification Order 2020

A Definitive Map Modification Order was made, as directed by the Secretary of State, on 30 July 2020 to record a Public Footpath numbered EE489, running generally through the land known as Coldblow Woods at Ripple.
An objection was received to this Order and a public inquiry was held on 11 and 12 October 2022 to determine whether or not the Order should be confirmed.
Decision - Order was not confirmed.
