Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map, by recording public footpaths DR330, DR331, DR332, DR333 and DR334 at Sutton-at-Hone and Hawley and Wilmington.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a public right of way which is not shown on the map is reasonably alleged to subsist.

The deadline for responses is 17 December 2021.

    On 31 December 2021, Kent County Council confirmed the above Order without modifications. This Order came into effect on 31 December 2021.
