Sevenoaks District Council - Public Footpath SD92 (part) Swanley Public Path Diversion Order 2021

Kent County Council has received an application (on behalf of the local planning authority), and subsequently made an Order, to divert part of Public Footpath SD92 at Swanley.

Under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, an Order may be made to close or divert a Public Footpath, Bridleway or Restricted Byway where it is necessary to do so to enable development to take place.

UPDATE 29/04/2025: This Order has now been certified and has taken legal effect. This now concludes the application.

    This Order has now been confirmed, but note that it will not take legal effect until the County Council certifies that the new path has been provided to the correct standard.

    If a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, they can make an application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the 9 July 2021.
