Kent County Council have received an offer to buy Polhill Caravan Site located in Dunton Green, Sevenoaks from a current site resident.

We are considering accepting this offer on the basis that the site is provided as a permanent residential site for seven pitches, but before any decision is taken, we are asking you for your formal feedback on the proposed sale.

No final decision about the proposed sale of the site has been made. The feedback from this formal engagement will be fully considered before any decision is taken.
