Park Farm Road, Folkestone in the District of Folkestone and Hythe - Amendment 22: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this proposed Order would be to place single yellow lines waiting restrictions (every day 8am-6pm) on Park Farm Road in the District of Folkestone & Hythe - (1) on the southwest side from a point 20 metres from its junction with Barnfield Road for a distance of 78 metres in a southerly direction (2) on the northwest side from a point 132 metres from its junction with Barnfield Road for a distance of 67 metres in a southerly direction.
This order is being made for the following reasons:
- for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
- for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
- for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
