Public Footpath MT119 (part) Hadlow Definitive Map Modification Order to correct alignment

Kent County Council has identified a drafting error on the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way in relation to the alignment of Public Footpath MT119 at Hadlow.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a route not shown is 'reasonably alleged to subsist' and/or where a way should not be shown on the map.

A Definitive Map Modification Order has previously been advertised to correct this issue and no objections have been received. The Order has therefore been confirmed and has taken legal effect.
