Various roads in Horsmonden, Tunbridge Wells - Amendment 4A: double yellow lines

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce additional double yellow lines on Furnace Lane, Gibbet Lane and an Un-named road in Horsmonden, Tunbridge Wells.

This order is being made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.

  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).

    Following the statutory consultation period, the scheme has been reviewed and the decision has been taken to make this Order permanent.
