Holborough Road, Snodland in the Borough of Tonbridge & Malling - Amendment 55: Waiting restrictions

The effect of this proposed Order would be to introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions (double yellow lines, no waiting at any time) on Holborough Road in Snodland, Tonbridge & Malling:-

  1. on the west side from the boundary of 191/193 Holborough Road for a distance of 32 metres in a northerly direction
  2. on the east side extend the existing double yellow lines from the boundary of 183/185 for a distance of 32 metres in a southerly direction

This order is being made for the following reasons:

  • to avoid the danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians)

The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
