Eynsford Road, Dartford - Amendment 17: Waiting restrictions order

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) on Eynsford Road.

This will be on the north eastern side outside Knockhill Academy reduce the length of the School Keep Clear restrictions and replace with a Bus Stop Clearway from a point in line with the boundary of 41/43 Eynsford Road for a distance of 26 metres in a north westerly direction.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road of for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
