Tenant questionnaire

Kent County Council (KCC) offers 18 Extra Care Housing Schemes across Kent. This questionnaire is about the care and support provided at these schemes.

We are currently reviewing the care and support services provided in our Extra Care Housing schemes. This review is being carried out to help plan new contract arrangements, which will start in 2028.

As part of this work, we will be visiting all schemes to listen to your views and experiences about:

  • what works well
  • what could be better
  • what is important to you now and in the future.

Your experiences and opinions are really important as they will help shape how care and support is provided in Extra Care Housing schemes in the future.

If you’d like to share your views but are unable to attend the in-person visit or would like to share your feedback after the session you can:

  • complete the online questionnaire available on this webpage
  • ask your Scheme Manager for a paper questionnaire.

There are no right or wrong answers – we are simply interested in what you think.

Your answers will be treated confidentially and will not affect the care or support you receive. We will not collect any personal information from you, so please do not include any details that could identify you or anyone else in your answers. However, it would be helpful to know which scheme you live in.
