Public Footpath ER306, Ringwould with Kingsdown Definitive Map Modification Order 2024

Consultation has concluded

Following investigation, Kent County Council has made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map and Statement, by recording a Public Footpath between Bridleway ER23 and the junction of Bayview Road and Victoria Road at Ringwould with Kingsdown.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a public right of way which is not shown on the map is reasonably alleged to subsist.
