Public Bridleway EE504 at Woodnesborough Definitive Map Modification Order 2025

Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map and Statement, by recording a Public Bridleway numbered EE504 which runs from Fleming Road to Bridleway EE201 and from EE201 to Sandwich Road at Woodnesborough.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council must make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a public right of way which is not shown on the map is reasonably alleged to subsist.
