Dover District Council (Public Footpaths EE291 (Part) & EE291A (Part) Aylesham) Public Path Diversion Order 2023

Consultation has concluded

Kent County Council has received an application (on behalf of the local planning authority), and Dover District Council has subsequently made an Order, to divert part of Public Footpath EE291 and EE291A at Aylesham.

Under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, an Order may be made to close or divert a Public Footpath, Bridleway or Restricted Byway where it is necessary to do so to enable development to take place.

    This Order was confirmed on 23 November 2023 and will take effect upon certification.

    If a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, they can make an application to the High Court within 6 weeks from 08 December 2023.
