Restricted Byways EE264, EE307A and EE307B at Eastry, Tilmanstone, Nonington and Eythorne Definitive Map Modification Order 2024

Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map, by upgrading the entire lengths of Public Footpaths EE264, EE307A and EE307B at Eastry, Tilmanstone, Nonington and Eythorne to Restricted Byway status.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a route shown at a particular status ought to be shown at a different status.
