Bridleway EE190 at Staple and Goodnestone - Definitive Map Modification Order 2022

Consultation has concluded

Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map, by upgrading to Bridleway status the entire length of Public Footpath EE190 at Goodnestone.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a public right of way which is shown on the map ought to be shown at a different status.

Due to objections received, the matter has been forwarded (as required) to the Planning Inspectorate for determination. Further information will appear here once the Planning Inspectorate is in a position to progress the matter.
