Dover District Council (Public Footpath ER81 (part) Shepherdswell with Coldred) Public Path Diversion Order 2022

Consultation has concluded

Kent County Council has received an application (on behalf of Dover District Council), and Dover District Council have subsequently made an Order, to divert part of Public Footpath ER51 at Shepherdswell with Coldred

Under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, an Order may be made to divert a Public Footpath, Bridleway or Restricted Byway where it is necessary to do so to enable development to take place.

    On the 31st October 2022 Dover District Council confirmed the above Order under section 257 of the Town

    and Country Planning Act 1990 and on the 27th February 2023 the Kent County Council – on behalf of

    Dover District Council – certified that the terms of Article 2 have been complied with, as such the order has

    come into effect.
