Court Lodge Road and The Street, Appledore, Ashford - Amendment 1: Waiting restrictions

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions (double yellow lines - “no waiting at any time”) on the following length of roads in Appledore, Ashford:

  • Court Lodge Road – (1) On the north side from its junction with The Street for a distance of 70 metres in a westerly direction. (2) On the south side from its junction with The Street for a distance of 74 metres in a westerly direction.
  • The Street - On the east side of the southern kerbline with Court Lodge Road for a distance of 8 metres in a southerly direction.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
