Church Road and Zion Street in Seal, Sevenoaks - Amendment 44: Waiting restrictions order

The effect of this made Order will be to introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) on the following roads in Seal, Sevenoaks:

Church Road

  • On the south side from its junction with Zion Street to its junction with The Green.
  • On the north side from the boundary 1/2 Church Road for a distance of 16 metres in a westerly direction.

Zion Street

  • On the west side from a point 1 metres from the boundary of 41/42 Zion Street to its junction with Church Road.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
