Public Footpath CB553 at Kingston and Barham, Definitive Map Modification Order 2025

Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map and Statement, by recording a Public Footpath CB553 running between Public Footpath CB542 and Public Bridleway CB230 at Kingston and Barham.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a public right of way which is not shown on the map is reasonably alleged to subsist.
