Byway Open to All Traffic CB552 at Barham Definitive Map Modification Order 2025

Kent County Council has received an application, and subsequently made an Order, after being directed to do so by the Secretary of State, to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map and Statement, by recording a Byway Open to All Traffic running between Dane Hill Road and Peafield Wood Road at Barham.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a public right of way which is not shown on the map is reasonably alleged to subsist.
