Application to re-register The Moor at Hawkhurst as a Village Green
We have received an application to correct the Register of Village Greens.
Under the Commons Act 2006, anyone may apply to the County Council to correct an administrative error on the Register of Village Greens. In this case, the application seeks to correct an error made by the County Council (in its capacity as the Commons Registration Authority) in voiding the register entry for Village Green VG34, relating to land known as The Moor at Hawkhurst. The effect of the application, if successful, would be to re-register the land as a Village Green.

The deadline for responses to this consultation is Monday 8 July 2024.
