We have received an application to register land at Greenway Forstal (near Harrietsham) as Common Land.
Under the Commons Act 2006, anyone may apply to the County Council to amend the Registers of Common Land and Village Green – for example, by adding or removing areas of land to or from the Registers.
UPDATE 03/09/2025: The Planning Inspectorate has now issued its decision in respect of this matter and a copy is available in the Documents section. The application has been refused. This now concludes the matter and no further action will be taken.
