Broad Street, Lyminge in the District of Folkestone and Hythe - Amendment 29: Waiting Restrictions
Consultation has concluded
The effect of this proposed Order would be to place double yellow lines waiting restrictions on Broad Street in Lyminge, Folkestone and Hythe - on the east side from a point 42 metres south of its junction with Greenbanks for a distance of 44 metres in a southerly direction (including into the junction of the private road to the new estate).
This order is proposed for the following reasons:
- for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
- for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
- for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
