Breeze Meadow, Faversham in the Borough of Swale - Amendment 3: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this proposed Order would be to introduce no waiting at any time double yellow lines on Breeze Meadow in Faversham, Swale:- (1) on the northeast side from its junction with Western Link for a distance of 40 metres in a southerly direction (2) on the southwest side from its junction with Western Link for a distance of 40 metres in a southerly direction.
This order is proposed for the following reasons:
- for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
- for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
- for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
