Bicknor Road, Maidstone in the Borough of Maidstone - Amendment 5: Waiting Restrictions

The effect of this proposed Order would be to place school keep clear markings between 8-9am and 3-4pm Mon-Fri on Bicknor Road in Maidstone – on south east side across the entrance to Holy Family RC Primary School for a distance of 35 metres.

This order is proposed for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic(including pedestrians).

The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
