The below order was proposed as Amendment 15 but has since been consolidated to become Amendment 2.

The effect of this made Order will be to reduce the speed limit from 30mph to 20mph on the following lengths of roads in Bean Village, Dartford.

This order has been made for the following reasons:

  • avoid the danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs
