Various roads, Swanscombe & Greenhithe in Dartford - Amendment 10: Waiting restriction

The effect of this proposed Order would be to introduce or amend existing double yellow lines on the following lengths of roads, due to the junction improvements with the A2:

  • Bean Road
  • Clearway
  • Watling Street

This order is being made for the following reasons:

  • for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road of for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
  • for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
  • for facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).

The scheme will be reviewed so that the Council can make the decision to make the Order permanent, amend or abandon it.
