The Order comes into force on the date upon which the Kent County Council, on behalf of the Ashford Borough Council, certifies that the terms of articles 2 and 4 of the Order have been complied with, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity he or she may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 9 June 2023.
